Areas of protected landscapes cover the areas, which are taken under protection, because of their outstanding, diversified landscape. They are very valuable due to touristic matters.
Three areas of protected landscape have been allocated on the area of the Forest District:
- Area of Protected Landscape "Sława Lake District, The Odra Ice-marginal Valley, Zbąszyń Trough" - on the area of Wolsztyn Forest District. It covers the area of 4560.23 ha (12986 ha within territorial reach).
- Area of Protected Landscape "Obrzyca and Obra Troughs" - founded in order to protect and preserve ecological tunnels of troughs of rivers Obra and Obrzyca. It covers the area of 643.65 ha (within territorial reach: 1080 ha).
